Chapter 8 : Healing and Grounding in Nature
This practical assignment is also more open ended this week, the challenge is to engage with the healing properties in nature.
This could be an immersive nature walk, yoga in nature, art in nature, going to the woods/coast with a dear friend or family, seeking a night away in a natural environment, driving to the mountains, swimming in the ocean/lake/river, engage with trees, etc.
Be creative. Connect with the world in a way that feels authentic to you and a way that feels healing for your soul.
My only challenge is to attempt to do so barefoot :)
