Take time to enter a natural space, this could be a wilderness environment or your own backyard.
Take time to walk around the space, observe the plants and tress, the presence of water, the balance of dirt to rock, etc.
Select a space that feels sacred.
Prepare this space. You can lay down a blanket, draw a circle in the dirt around you, lay rocks in a circle around you, or visualize the sacredness of this space without physical steps.
Look around at what is abundant and nearby. This could be an overgrowth of wildflowers, grass, branches, rocks, pine needles, pinecones, seashells, leaves, bark, etc. Collect some of these items. It could be a singular item or a variety.
As you collect, honor reciprocity. As consent if you are picking a living plant. Ensure that if you are selecting non-living things, make sure that the removal does not displace the home of an insect or creature.
Now ground into a time of meditation or prayer.
As you move through this time, use the collected items to create a piece of living art. You could build a small structure, create a shape (like a heart below), write words, or lay the items out in a pattern or sacred design. Visualize each item you select as Creation, and as One Matter that we are all connected too.
When it feels time to go, thank the space and the world around you.
