Offering 7 : Finding Balance
This music is absolutely beautiful and soul-healing. I do not know what your day-to-day looks like but if you find yourself need to focus on a work project, do tasks around the house or are struggling to calm an anxious mind in a moment of quiet, play this video in the background. Part of healing from burnout is establishing balance which can look like creating an atmosphere of calm, like music, in a time when we have to honor commitments we have made. (This music is also incredible grounding for my own children and could be used in a classroom space or at home with littles as well.)
