Burnout is an experience that so many in healing roles experience because we live in a way that is unnatural for our bodies, in a world that is inundated with suffering. This exposure to suffering and the pace we are expected to live at can take away so much of our joy, our connection with ourself, and even our passion in the healing work we do. This program is written for those who are in a season of burnout. The prompts are gentle, embodied, and designed to care for the weary soul while inviting you into a space ready to receive new, healing energy in whatever capacity it finds you. This program could also be written for someone wanting to prevent burnout.
